Mid Range
Our Mid-Range Package, often called a new-build specification, is our most popular option. This includes downlights in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallways, with pendant lighting in all other habitable rooms. Each room has four double sockets, one with USB charging. This package is Ideal for builders, developers, and homeowners carrying out full renovation works. This package ensures a more modern, compliant installation with all necessary mains work, smoke detection, and extractor fans and offers very good all-round value.
High Range
Our High-End Package, is designed for clients creating their forever home, ensuring no compromises on quality or functionality. Building on our Mid-Range Package, this option includes downlighting throughout the entire property to all habitable rooms, mirror feeds and shaver sockets in the bathrooms, and five double sockets per room, with two featuring USB charging, including all necessary mains work, smoke detection and extractor fans. This package provides a premium fully equipped electrical installation.
